Frozen shoulder | Shoulder and arm pain
Using it on the neck and shoulder area for about 10 minutes a day for 2-3 days will be effective.
Lower Back Pain | Leg Numbness
A patient with lower back pain and leg numbness, who had difficulty walking, experienced pain relief and improved mobility after using it for one week.
Insomnia
Using it 3-4 times a day, for about 10 minutes each time, is effective. It is especially effective for improving sleep when used on the soles of the feet.
Gout
If you apply it to the severely painful areas on the toes or the top of the foot for 20 minutes daily for about two weeks, you will feel the difference.
